- If I am an invited guest, how many additional people can I invite?
- Each invited guest is allowed to bring 3 guests (4 including yourself) or until capacity of our allotted number of total guests has been reached, so we encourage you to RSVP and purchase your tickets early.
- How do I register my guests for the event?
- All of our invited guests are required to RSVP in advance with the full name of each guest on our website under the “TICKET” tab. You can also contact our Guest Services line at 866-846-3623.
- Do my guests have to arrive with me or can they come separately?
- Each invited guest can arrive separately as long as you have included them on your RSVP list.
- How can I change or correct my guest names once I submit them to you?
- Go to the “CONTACT US” link on the website to send us a request.
- If I can not attend, can I give someone else permission to use my invitation?
- This is an INVITATION ONLY event; your invitation is not transferable.
- Can I still attend the event if I am not on the guest list?
- This is an invitation only event. Please contact the person who notified you of this event and request to be one of their invited guests.
- How can I purchase a private cabana?

- How many people does the cabana seat?
- Each private cabana is furnished for 6 people
- What type of services does a VIP Platinum Guest receive?
- Private poolside Cabana w/custom furnishings for 6 people; includes host bar service in designated areas, all food inclusive for entire day/evening, personal server for appetizers, premium liquor mini-bar with set-ups included for each Cabana.
- Are there any pre-event parties or activities?
- On Friday, August 21st, the Sheraton Delfina will host a "Meet & Greet" for hotel guests only.
- The hotel will host a Sunday Brunch for hotel guest at a nominal fee.
- Can I attend the Pre-party if I am not a hotel guest?
- No, you will be required to show a Sheraton Delfina Hotel room key for entry.
- Can I purchase a ticket for the Pre-party if I am not a hotel guest?
- No, the “Pre-Party Cocktail Hour Meet and Greet is for hotel guest.
- What are parking arrangements?
- Valet parking is available. Self-parking with shuttled parking is also available in designated areas (determined on the day of the event).
- Will I have “In and Out” privileges once I enter the estate?
- Yes, all guest will have pre-programmed RFID wristbands for entry in and for departure from the estate for the entire day, however these wristbands must not be broken, detached, altered or removed as it will render the wristbands invalid for scanning.
- What if I lose my invitation, can I still attend the event?
- Yes, as an invited guest, your name is already on our master guest list. Please do not bring the invitation with you. A valid ID will be required from all guests prior to entry.
- What is the attire for this event?
- Casual wear is recommended until 5pm for the pool party; by 8pm, at the conclusion of cocktail hour, all guests are required to be in semi-formal evening wear.
- Do I need to bring a change of clothing?
- This is optional. You will have the option to leave the estate to change or you can bring a change of clothes with you to change in on-site dressing rooms, however space is limited.
- Where can I change my clothes (from pool wear to evening attire)?
- Honey wagons (mobile make-up and dressing rooms) will be located near the parking areas with valet attendants.
- Am I allowed to bring food for the pool party?
- No, outside food is not allowed on the premises. Food will be provided for all invited guests for the entire day and evening.
- Am I allowed to bring my own beverages for the pool party?
- No, all liquor and beverages will be provided at the estate for a nominal fee. However, water and soda are complimentary.
- Is there a special rate for Club and Restaurant Owners?

- Is smoking allowed at the estate?
- Yes, outdoors in designated areas only.
- Are children allowed to attend?
- No, this is an adult only event because of the presence of alcoholic beverages.
