
This benefit concert will be an annually scheduled event with the inaugural debut on Saturday, August 28, 2010. This event will be held in Malibu Estates at a 13,000 sq. foot mansion with sprawling grounds. The event runs from 12pm to 11pm and promises to be one of L.A.'s most sophisticated, and fashionable concert series of the summer.
Malibu is a south-facing beach with a point curved out to sea at the mouth of Malibu Creek. The scenic and historic Malibu is 23 miles of beautiful coastline, rugged mountains, wooded canyons, and sheltered coves. Here you will find an exciting portion of California's history from the time of Malibu's first residents, the Chumash Indians, to the present day. This exclusive beach has become a hideaway for famous actors and entertainment personalities of our time.

Live musical performances by popular Latin Jazz and Afro Cuban artists. Premier Concert Sponsors will not only have hot air balloon signage rights, but also have the option to host guests and have the advantage of panoramic aerial views. As attendees browse Sponsor booths, they will have the opportunity to play a variety of casino games to win prizes and discounts for merchandise and services. Healthy food options will be provided by a limited number of restaurants who feature meal in a casual bistro café-style setting or express window for pick up. Limited alcoholic beverages provided by selected liquor sponsors.
Rhythm Jazzations is a concept that aims to redesign, reinvigorate and transform the musical and social experiences of concertgoers. Our event concept not only differs in design and scope, but in the level of service and premier locations. This distinctive adult only invitational concert series will appeal to and accommodate middle and upper class concert attendees.
Our strategy is to create an architectural venue concept and unique hospitality blueprint designed to reshape the experiences and attitudes of individuals who enjoy outdoor concerts. By providing premium level service in combination with high-energy performers, our goal is to redefine the typical concert model. In addition, our event will garner a new level of sophistication by raising the expectations that are commonly help by this group.
Imagine the crème' de la crème of Latin Jazz and Afro Cuban Jazz performers surrounded by thousands of admiring sophisticated urbanites encircled by a scenic ocean backdrop with four star food service, premium drinks, as well as a laser light show with a climatic aerial fireworks display which crowns the event. No longer will there be the festooned adaptation of festival style food booths or arts and crafts vendors which detract from the overall experience intended.
This chic yet casual fashionable production will feature various predetermined four star restaurants (total 5-6 vendors) serving cuisine on an international scale in a customized wing tent layout and bistro café seating area. This area will be designed to not only enhance the concert dining experience but also become the center point within the concert, to project an intimate dinner theater environment in the premium executive ticketed seating area (usually referred to as general admission seating). The VIP area will consist of three separate levels; Premium Gold VIP, Platinum VIP and Presenting Sponsor VIP. Vendors are limited to sponsors directly associated with the event, for maximum market optimization and exposure to target audience.
Up to 4000 people throughout the day with an additional 1000 designated as VIP's for the first years event. With a premium complimentary buffet, specialized club lounges and privately reserved elevated cabanas with balcony for Platinum-level guests, this will ensure the promotion of exclusivity for all future events. Two hundred of which will also receive VIP Gift Tote Bags; affluent residence and visitors with household incomes of $75k or more are expected to attend. Marketing for this event is targeted to trendsetters and professionals in all demographic and ethnic groups between the ages of 35 and 60 from an exclusive guest list.
Vehicles will be handled at the premises via valet services, all overflow parking will be directed to park across the PCH at the Zuma Beach parking facility, and transportation vehicles will provide shuttle service to and from the mansion. Limousine service is also available for guest from a reputable and fully committed customer service organization that reflects the level of this events long established reputation for excellence. Permits are currently being approved for "our premium service transportation service", which is preferred by some VIP guest and will shuttle these guests from the Lowe's Hotel in Santa Monica to the Malibu Estate via helicopter shuttle (this is a guest paid added service).

Net proceeds will benefit Project MuszEd, a non-profit organization. With a main focus of education through music, this organization is devoted to the dissemination of information concerning the development of creative musical outlets for children and youth. Children learn to identify connections between music and the other arts, music from various periods, composers and cultures, and learn first hand about the basic theory of music elements: tempo, dynamics, pitch, rhythm and composition. The benefits of teaching children music lessons at a young age have been well documented. Research suggests that children who are exposed to music and music theory perform better in tests of memory, literacy, mathematics and general IQ. The effect of music on the brain also seems to promote creativity and help children learn coordination, cooperation and concentration.
A Place Called Home (APCH) is also a recipient of the proceeds. APCH is a dynamic youth enrichment center founded in 1993. The mission is to provide at-risk youth with a secure, positive family environment where they can regain hope and belief, earn trust and self-respect and learn skills to lead to a productive lifestyle free of the gangs, drugs and poverty that surrounds them. The center helps inner city youth discover and pursue their dreams through educational enrichment programs.
